Foot fetish: Man arrested for licking little girl’s feet, may be more than one victim

This week in Tokyo, a 39 year old man was arrested and accused of physically assaulting an elementary age girl.

In December of last year the man approached a girl playing on the swings in a school playground. He asked if he could take off her shoes and socks and play a game with her feet.

After taking off the girl’s shoes and socks the man proceeded to lick her feet.

This was not the only reported case in the area, so police were able to compile CCTV footage to create an image of the man.

The man police arrested said he may have fondled the girl’s feet but did not lick them. That’s still not ok!
